THE OCCUPIER HEREBY AGREES TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS;
*  A deposit of 50% of total cost of booking plus this form fully completed will secure the booking
*  The balance of payment must be made One month (30days) prior to arrival or booking will be automatically cancelled
*  Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival will incur a fee of 10% of total costs, cancellations made 30 to 60 days prior to arrival will incur a fee of 50% of total costs, and cancellation within 30 days of arrival will incur a NIL refund
*  No responsibility is taken for occupant’s personal property left on the premises
*  No Pets are allowed
*  Occupants are responsible for all breakages etc. that occur on the premises and will be charged accordingly to replace goods etc
*  We would expect to have the apartment left in a clean and tidy condition
