Q. Where is
Crackenback Ridge?
A. It is at the end of the village
on the skiing side of the mountain, with direct ski-in, ski-out access to
the Supertrail slope.
Q. What do we need to bring?
A. You will need to supply your own
sheets and pillowcases and your personal towels.
ALL BLANKETS AND DOONAS ARE SUPPLIED.
Of course you will need to supply your own meals, in a self-contained
apartment. Everything else is supplied.
Q. How many people can the apartment sleep?
A. 6 people –
being 1 Queen bed in separate bedroom, Double sofa bed in the living area
and 2 single beds in the loft.
Q. How far away from the village is the apartment?
A. A five minute walk down the
staircase that runs adjacent to the bottom of the Supertrail slope, then
across the overbridge into the village (arriving right outside the hotel!!)
Q. Is there parking on site?
A. Yes – a lock up garage for one
car. Any other vehicles will need to park in the overnight car park, down
near Friday’s Flat.
Q. What sort of heating is available?
A. We have a slow combustion
fireplace in the lounge area – with firewood supplied (stored in the garage)
also we have gas heating in the lounge area. Downstairs there is electric
heating in the bathroom and bedroom for your comfort.
Q. Is there shuttle bus access to other areas of
the village?
A. Yes – a bus service runs approx.
every 20 mins.
